In recent years, the dopamine style of dressing has gained increasing popularity on the streets and on social media. The proposal was created to offer a cheerful atmosphere when dressing, increasing the feeling of well-being and humor.

It is important to emphasize that the dopamine dressing is a libertarian style and that many times it should not take into account the opinion of others. Self-acceptance is the key point to start forming beautiful looks to look good with yourself, regardless of “beauty standards” or fashion trends.

But ultimately, if you’re looking to encourage feelings of happiness and contentment through your own wardrobe, you don’t need to turn to a specific colour, just look to what you already know you love.

Life changes. We change with it.

A new career, new city, a fresh start, an achievement, or even a loss leaves its mark on how we see ourselves and, naturally, this is reflected in the way we dress.

While the mission of style should always be to remain true to oneself, one must also continuously seek to refine it over time. Consistent growth and the elevation of your style prevent you from falling into boredom, becoming creatively stagnant, or feeling uninspired. Furthermore, they ensure that your style keeps pace with your own personal growth and your maturity as a human being.

Always remember: it is not about trying to be different, but rather about knowing that you already are.
